We are upgrading our core system infrastructure to improve the reliability and security of the Chord platform. We will conduct a scheduled maintenance window to ensure a smooth transition and optimal performance.

Due to the architecture of the platform, Chord should remain available during this maintenance period. Stores should operate as normal without any impact to customers. After the upgrade is complete, Chord engineers will test core workflows to verify the platform is working correctly.


Of course, there is always a risk of issues arising during any change. If Chord engineers detect the platform is not working correctly, they will rollback the change within the maintenance window. If you or your customers discover issues, please report them immediately to help@chord.co.
